Login & Logout Account
To login, please click the “Login” in main page and input the registered email address and password. To logout, please click the “Logout” in the main page. To protect the personal privacy, it is necessary to click logout when accessing through public or shared computer.
View / Amend Account
Click My Account to view personal information, bonus point balance and transaction record, etc. You can also amend personal particulars and registered email address.

ClickuHome Shopping Procedures
Step 1: The customer adds selected items to the shopping cart (need to sign in the ClickuHome member account first)
Step 2: Make sure that the purchase of items / model, quantity and price are correct, click “Continue” to checkout
Step 3: Confirm the order details or pickup location, if the shipping address is different from the default address stored in customer information, customer needs to choose “Ship to another address” and fill in all the related order details. After completing it, click “Continue” to checkout.
Step 4: Customer uses PayPal to settle the order payment, PayPal will issue a confirmation email to inform customers that transaction has been successfully completed.
Step 5: After completing the entire purchase procedure, ClickuHome will also issue an order confirmation email to customers.
Step 6: For orders with purchase amount of HK$300 or above (discounted price, not including shipping fee), Customer is eligible for free delivery service (Excluding outlying islands, Tung Chung, Ma Wan, and Discovery Bay and areas that need driving license to access). Purchases less than HK$300 (discounted price, not including shipping fee), shipping fee HK$100 will be charged.
Step 7: ClickuHome customer service officers will contact the customer to confirm the order information and details of product installation.
Ensure to receive order confirmation email
Some email service providers will mistakenly regard our email as a spam mail. To avoid delays of receiving order’s information, please check the spam mail folder of your email account as well. In order to avoid similar situation occurring again, please save firstname.lastname@example.org in your address book; if no order confirmation email is received, you can also view and print your order and shipping information out by accessing “My Account> Order records” anytime. For assistance, please contact us.
(C) Payment Method
All the payments of purchases on ClickuHome are settled through Customers’ PayPal account. Customers can also choose to pay by credit card through PayPal.

Usage Conditions of ClickuHome Bonus Points
Member can earn 5 bonus points for each purchase of HK$1, accumulated 100 bonus points can be converted to HK$1 and used in the next purchase. (Discounted payment amount does not include shipping fee within the same order / deducted discount amount / used value of electronic coupon / redemption amount of goods and gifts, etc.).
Bonus points will be awarded to ClickuHome members from time to time through different ways. Please read the relevant terms and conditions prior usage.
1. Within the same order, some bonus point can only be used when a certain purchase amount (discounted amount excluding shipping fee) is fulfilled. Please refer to the relevant terms and conditions prior usage.
2. Some bonus point is for one-time use and only be converted to integer amount, please read the relevant bonus points terms and conditions prior usage.
3. All bonus points are not redeemable for cash.
4. Bonus Points cannot be used to deduct the shipping fee.
5. Bonus Points cannot be used simultaneously with other offers (unless special terms are stated).
6. Bonus Points that are used in purchase order cannot earn bonus points and be used to calculate any discount.
7. Please use the bonus points before the expiry date. Failure to do so constitutes forfeiture.
8. Usage of bonus points is under the limitation of relevant terms and conditions.
9. In case of any dispute, ClickuHome will retain the right of final decision.
(D) Delivery Service
- For orders with purchase amount of HK$300 or above (discounted price, not including shipping fee), customer is eligible for free delivery service (Excluding outlying islands, Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay and areas that need driving license to access). Orders with less than HK$300 purchase amount (discounted price, not including shipping fee), shipping fee HK$100 will be charged.
- Once the order is confirmed and the payment is settled, ClickuHome customer service officer will contact the customer to confirm the order information and details of product installation (if any). All goods will be shipped to the designated delivery address within office hour.
- * Note: G.P.O Box and hotel is not accepted as shipping address.
- The home delivery process usually takes 3-4 working days to complete (Actual delivery time depends on the products). Home delivery service is applicable to the commercial and residential areas in Hong Kong, Kowloon, New Territories, excluding outlying islands, Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay and areas that need driving license to access. But Clickuhome will try to arrange another feasible delivery method to have the goods delivered to related members. The delivery time may refer to the below shipping schedule. The actual delivery date and time will be confirmed by our customer service officer through phone.

* The above delivery schedule is for reference only, the delivery time may be affected by different road conditions.
- For tenement building with no elevator, an extra service fee (HK$20 of each floor) will be charged.
- In line with the transport arrangements, the cut-off time for all online orders is 11:00 a.m. (10:00 a.m. on Saturday). Please be noted that confirmed orders that are placed after the cut-off time, will be handled in the next working day.
- Our logistics officer will contact the customers 1-3 hours before delivery.
- If the product needs an installation, related installation fee will be directly charged by the installer.
- If customers choose to pick up the goods in person at showroom (located in Yau Ma Tei), goods will be ready 3 working days after the order is placed.
(E) Return / Refund
Out of stock
We do not guarantee all display products have enough inventories. If the purchased goods do not have enough stock, we will negotiate a mutually agreed replacement of products (with the same retail price) with customers. If it is not resolved, we will refund the order. (Note: Money will only be refunded to the account that was used for payment of the order placement.)
Return / Refund request will only be accepted under the following conditions:
1. Customers contact us within 7 days upon receiving the products.
2. The returned goods must be purchased from ClickuHome.
3. The Return / Refund request will only be accepted with an acceptable reason by Clickuhome.
4. Customers must return the products in person or ship the products back to ClickuHome showroom by courier.
5. Customers must bear all shipping costs for returning the items within the process.
6. ClickuHome retain the right of final decision on whether to accept the return / refund request.
Return / Refund request will not be accepted under the following conditions:
1. Customers make the return / refund request after receiving the goods more than seven days.
2. Goods are damaged, defaced or stained.
3. Used, modified or assembled items, and damage caused by improper use, will not be accepted for returns (except for problems with manufacturing quality).
4. Customers lost goods’ warranty card, manual or purchase invoice.
5. Improper use of goods or damage caused by human factors.
6. Products are used or modified.
1. Customers must make the return request through email or phone, and indicate his / her name, contact number, email address, invoice number, product model and reason of return in the email. If necessary, please attach a photo to illustrate this. (Note: Return request must meet the conditions of Return / Refund policy stated above.)
2. Please email the return request to email@example.com, Clickuhome’s customer service officer will contact you as soon as possible.
3. Customers must return the products in person with delivery note and order confirmation email, in order to arrange the return or refund.
4. The good must be returned along with its original packaging (including the box, styrofoam, supporting paper, plastic bags, etc.) to the flagship store.
5. The Company reserves the right of final decision on whether to accept the return / refund request.
