Q: Is the payment method provided by ClickuHome safe?
A: We provide you with a variety of secure payment methods. Online payment by credit card, the transaction is processed by a third-party online payment gateway independently. ClickuHome access credit card numbers for reference only, all the information is confidential.
Q: After confirming the order, when can I receive the goods?
A: Normally, our orders cut-off time is 11:00 a.m. (10:00 a.m. on Saturday). Confirmed orders that are placed after the cut-off time, will be handled in the next working day. The home delivery process usually takes 3-5 working days to complete. The delivery service is applicable to the commercial and residential areas in Hong Kong, Kowloon, New Territories, excluding outlying islands, Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay and areas that need driving license to access. But Clickuhome will try to arrange another feasible delivery method to have the goods delivered to related members; if customers would like to pick up the goods in person at showroom (located in Yau Ma Tei), goods will be ready 3 working days after the order is placed.
